Born in Carthage, Mississippi in 1948, Louise later moved to Dayton, Ohio in 1964 with her husband, where she became known throughout her community as someone who made people feel welcome and at home.

Louise had a rare gift: she saw people for who they truly were, not for their current circumstances. She gave second chances without ridicule and helped others freely—whether that meant offering a meal, a place to stay, or simply taking the time to help someone understand what they were struggling with.

Her home was a place of comfort, safety, and grace. A selfless servant of God, Louise lived by the belief that what we give to the world comes back to us. She often reminded others that life is full circle, karma is real, and the man upstairs is always watching. Her faith guided her kindness, and her kindness changed lives.
